Vertiprint Terms and Conditions

By booking any wall or floor printing service with VertiPrint, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Surface Preparation
 

Surface preparation isn’t included as standard, but we’re happy to arrange it if we’ve agreed on it in writing beforehand. To help everything run smoothly on the day, the customer just needs to make sure the wall is clean, dry, smooth, and ready for printing when we arrive. If the surface isn’t suitable, VertiPrint may need to pause, reschedule, or decline the job.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Environmental conditions can influence how well a print turns out, so it helps to be aware of a few factors that may affect the result:

• Low temperatures or cold weather 
• High humidity or moisture 
• Poor airflow or ventilation

Cold or damp conditions may affect ink drying, adhesion, and the overall appearance of the print. If the conditions on the day aren’t suitable for achieving a good result, the job may need to be paused or postponed to ensure the best possible outcome.

Pre‑Existing Damage

VertiPrint is not responsible for any damage that existed prior to our arrival or for defects that become more noticeable after printing. Printing does not repair, conceal, or correct surface damage.

Design Approval

The customer is responsible for approving all artwork, sizing, and placement before printing begins. Once printing has started, no changes can be made.

Access & Workspace Requirements

The customer must provide clear and safe access to the printing area. Additional time, delays, or extra work caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.

Liability

VertiPrint’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

The customer must inspect the completed work within 24 hours of each stage of completion. Any concerns or defects must be reported within this timeframe. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the work as satisfactory.
 

Wall & Surface Condition

The quality of any print depends on the condition of the surface. VertiPrint is not responsible for issues caused by existing defects or unsuitable surfaces, including:

• Pre-existing damage
• Cracks, holes, dents, or uneven areas
• Bowed, warped, or irregular walls
• Dust, dirt, grease, or inadequate preparation
• Flaking paint, loose plaster, dampness, or moisture

Any imperfections present before printing may remain visible after the work is completed.
